7/3/2002 - ICSTR Conference Schedule UPDATE 2:
- Another update has been made to the ICSTR conference schedule.
Please use this version of the program if you have printed out the previous version. We are very
sorry for the inconvenience. Click Here for the Schedule.
- Registration information has NOT been erased. PLEASE DO NOT re-register if you have already
registered.
- If you have already registered more than once, and are having
problems logging in, please click here and
your information will be e-mailed to you.
- Regarding abstracts, it is now possible to create, view, delete, and
update multiple abstracts for your account. However, if you had created
multiple abstracts under different account, it may be necessary to update
Co-Author contact information for certain abstracts.
- The new interface for creating/viewing/deleting/updating abstracts
is designed to be fairly intuitive.
- Thank you for your patience!
Fifth International Conference on
Solvothermal Reactions (ICSTR)
July 22-26, 2002
Hilton East Brunswick
East Brunswick, NJ, USA
Call for Abstracts
The Fifth International Conference on Solvothermal Reactions is the most recent in a
series that began in Takamatsu, Japan in 1994, It was again held in Takamatsu,
Japan, 1996, then in Bordeaux, France, 1999 and continued in Kochi, Japan (2000).
The objectives of these conferences
are to address the key issues associated with the science and technology of solvothermal
reactions and to promote commercialization for both near- and long-term
applications. The timing of the Fifth
Conference is especially fortuitous given world-wide initiatives in related
areas such as soft solution processing, industrial ecology, advanced materials
and nanotechnology.
Recently discovered ocean life
nourished by a deep-sea hydrothermal vent 3490 meters below the Atlantic Ocean.
