7/3/2002 - ICSTR Conference Schedule UPDATE 2:

Fifth International Conference on
Solvothermal Reactions (ICSTR)

July 22-26, 2002
Hilton East Brunswick
East Brunswick, NJ, USA

Call for Abstracts

The Fifth International Conference on Solvothermal Reactions is the most recent in a series that began in Takamatsu, Japan in 1994, It was again held in Takamatsu, Japan, 1996, then in Bordeaux, France, 1999 and continued in Kochi, Japan (2000). The objectives of these conferences are to address the key issues associated with the science and technology of solvothermal reactions and to promote commercialization for both near- and long-term applications. The timing of the Fifth Conference is especially fortuitous given world-wide initiatives in related areas such as soft solution processing, industrial ecology, advanced materials and nanotechnology.
